1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in home dining products, including Dining Seat Cushions, Dining Chairs, and Dining Tables designed for comfort, durability, and everyday use.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. What is your shipping time?
- Order processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
4. How much is shipping?
- Orders under $100: $9.99 shipping fee
- Orders $100 and above: Free shipping
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal for all orders.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your shipment via FedEx.
7. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging materials (including any parts, hardware, or accessories if applicable). Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required. Products must not show signs of damage caused by improper use or improper handling.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
8. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval and will be returned to your original payment method.
9. Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
