Return Period

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging materials (including any parts, hardware, or accessories if applicable)
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
• Products must not show signs of damage caused by improper use or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Process

2. Receive your return label and return address
3. Download and print the return label
4. Send the item back to the provided return address
5. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time is typically 10–15 business days after approval

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we cover the shipping cost
• For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
