Orders are shipped within the United States via FedEx.

• Order processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day
• Delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment
• Shipping fees:
  • Orders under $100: $9.99 shipping fee
  • Orders $100 and above: Free shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

4. Return and Refund Policy

Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving the order.

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error. No restocking fees will be charged.
